I Can't Hear You Your Actions Are So Loud

By Evan Sanders

When it comes down to it, words are what you think you are and actions are what you really are.

So when it really comes down to it, you are what you do. While "what you say" has a huge effect on other peoples perception of who you are, in the end, you are a sum result of the decisions you make and what you do on a daily basis.

Simply put, if you want to change your life, guess what you have to do? Change your actions.

Before I give you a tip that has changed my life, I want to return back to why actions are so fundamentally powerful.

While your actions have a lot to say about what you are committed to in your life, it comes down to what they actually say about you in general.

And what does it say? I am a person of integrity. When I give you my word, you can assume it's as good as done already.

To take it even further...

When you can get to this place, in your own life regarding the things you tell yourself that you are going to do, then you are really entering the mind of a winner.

So if you tell yourself or another that you're going to do something, make sure you do it. Washing the dishes, cleaning your room, finishing a presentation, making a sales call...whatever it may be.

Every time you don't do what you say you're going to do other people stop trusting you, and even worse, you stop trusting yourself.

And when you lose trust in yourself, it's a horrible uphill battle to try to get back to a place of true confidence. So live your life with integrity and keep your word.

Get it done.
