There are many ways to find inspiration about success stories, and Mo Munshi is just one of the names that you will encounter regarding the powerhouses in the business sector. In reality, it is always hard to prove your worth especially if you do not have a stronghold. Consider it a challenge that you should surpass if you wish to reach greater heights in your career.
Students are briefed that they can be anything they want. However, when they get a taste of the real world, they soon realize that it is never easy to be just armed with a diploma and little experience of a chose field. If you do work hard to earn a position that you desire, you should be able to use these tips in becoming a competent chief executive officer of a company.
You should also know how to put action into your innate or learned talents. In times like this when a global financial crisis persists, employees are in need of exemplary individuals who will serve as their inspiration for growth. A leader can do so much in emulating a good example, and although it is never a smooth ride in the office, the motivation should be kept alive.
What is interesting to note is that debates do exist about the qualities that should be present in a leader. Everyone would want a head of the house who is receptive to the needs of employees and friendly enough to be approached. On the other hand, people argue that a person who leads should not be soft, they should be disinterested, imposing and straight forward.
To settle arguments, some business gurus have also taken part by rebutting that such a thing as a leadership personality does not exist at all. This is because even when leaders have varying personalities one way or another they can manage to command respect. Thus, the conclusion that no matter how you put it, there are no personality traits that are shared between people.
There is always a hierarchy in the office because it is needed to maintain the order in the premises. However, those who are put in the position should not think that it is already a privilege to be above the others. Again, it is a responsibility that one should be accountable for should there be any losses and failures committed.
Although it has been express earlier that experts believe that there is no fail proof way of judging potential leaders, still, it is worthy to look into the common qualities that do persist in studies. As cheesy as it may seem, those who are meant to lead should know how to desire, as this will be the springboard for ambition. Together with this is perseverance in putting up with challenges even while the goals are being realized.
Hard decisions are handed over the leaders because they have the last say in every situation. Take note though that if the head of the company is well respected, then the news of a cutback or a termination would not come so much as a hard blow. After all, any good person would not do such things based on petty reasons alone.
More importantly, those who have the potential to lead should have vision and strategy. Mo Munshi might have displayed this skill on the way to becoming a managing partner like the rest of the successful professionals in the field. However, a vision is only as good as the actions that you put into every effort to command respect and earn credibility through competence.

I am not kidding with all I said.l. Remember I have shares in ottoman...and all of your guys can ruin because of this problems...
There are two option
1- shares+contract payment+domains package 2.5 m usd and we never hear or sea each other
2-december payment(175k usd+ nilsu all shares transfer to me, we never see each other..,
If this project ruin, he will have enemy entire his life.
With this attitude he will solve nothing and he will never work here...there are so many accident happening in mining sectors...and owner have to pay with their lives....
So stop hiding and solve this problem...

Dear Mo,
ReplyDeleteIn the last few days it has become clear that our property and/or personal safety may be under threat from associates of your ex-partner Kerem Abbas.
Both my wife and I have recieved anonymous calls warning us not to be associated with Nilsu and yourself as a result of certian disputes that are not beng resolved. These were friendly towards us as locals, but thats the point, we are local and you are not, we are vulnerable and you are not.
We are not involved in these disputes Mo and carry no responsibility therein. We did you a favour for temporary period in making the office registerable but clearly this is not going to be resolved shortly and I cannot risk my wife and property never mind myself for what amounts to no compensation and on the basis of friendship. This situation is unacceptable...
Kerem Akbas is not a LAMB...
ReplyDeleteHe is not a Man, but a MONSTER...
He is also a BLACKMAILER and an EXTORTIONIST!!!
These are very interesting emails, he may be monster but what Mo munshi did? when somebody cheat and take all power on his hand is innocent and naive? and person who protect his right is monster?
ReplyDeleteLet's say yes if protecting your right is make you monster... we can call Kerem Monster.
None of us innocent i accept this, anybody make comment here, should know more truth before write sth. we will find out what Mo threaten... i will publish all with proof... engineers, ex partners... since we are in virtual war...
Anybody interested in topic or know us please make your comment.... and lets see these monsters....
