The Difference Between Bonding And Energy Cording

By Peter Brown

When it comes to energy, most individuals go through phases in which energy levels are high or low. While this is the case, others can at time effect these levels. Energy cording can work for good between parents and young children. While this is the case, cording can also be used inappropriately to cord and drain energy from others, somewhat akin to that of a psychic vampire.

Basically, cords are the same as psychic suckers or vampires whom attach to others to steal energy. While similar to bonding and connecting, cording exist on a much lower vibrational field and is used to pull, deplete or drain energy from others. As such, it is important to know the difference between these behaviors, otherwise what an individual believes to be a positive presence could actually be a negative one.

Other cords in the world can also be attached to, or caught in the personal energy field of a person. A good analogy would be allergens which are invisible yet still have a negative effect on the body. As such, if not aware, psychic debris can settle like dust and cloud the aura.

People can at times intentionally take on other people's heavy or negative energies, such is the case with priests. While this this is the case, it is important to note that no favors are being provided when taking on another's personal energies and issues. At the very best, the individual might feel some short term relief though guilt often sits in which recreates additional bad, heavy or negative energies.

Individuals can actually become burdened and overwhelmed when taking on the energy of another human being. For, most individuals whom attempt to cord, focus on heavy lifting by trying to eliminate energies from another individual. After which, the individual realizes that by cording, one is now dealing with personal issues as well as those of the other person. In some cases, individuals can become so overwhelmed, a sudden disease or illness can occur.

Individuals who are being corded often feel ill, like something is awry or off, exhausted for no reason, psychically drained, not oneself or have difficulty communicating and connecting with others. While most often women are prone to cording, men with feminine aspects can also be corders as well as nurturing and sensitive people, substance abusers and young children. It should also be noted that a cord can exist between people of any age, race, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.

When addicts or alcoholics have died at locations in which the individuals frequented as earthbound spirits, cords can often attempt to reattach oneself as spirit. Whereas, in other situations, people can suddenly become gluttons, addicts or alcoholics when cording with spirits of the dead. If this is the case, it is important to banish or release the spirit as soon as possible in order to realize cessation of the symptoms.

While hospitals are a popular location for people to become occupied or possessed by spirits, there are other places. In all cases, cording generally occurs when a person has just passed and is not ready to move on to the other side. As such, individuals undergoing treatment or surgery are often the most vulnerable when it comes to this type of spiritual experience.
