6. Get out of your routine and do something to unwind. Instead of doing the same old thing each day, try a new activity that unwinds you. This can help you feel less stressed and make your entire day more exciting.

7. Exercise regularly. Working out really helps with minimizing stress naturally. Working out is wonderful for the body and mind and causes the release of endorphins that supply you energy and lower stress.

Come up with brand new and different methods of lessening stress. No matter what you do as long as you do not let your life be taken over by your stress.
