Work as one and together achieve the goal of team, without facing those difficulties that harden the way.

In this certain matter, as a leader you need to be a role model. Do not make things that will complicate both parties. If you are going to make bad things not in front of them, so they will not follow that kind of actions. A respect from your member is the best way of controlling them.
