Hesitation will ruin the plan and making it worst.

Motivate your members as a good role model. Prevent doing things that might disappoint them and make them resign from the organization or group. Make sure that you control them, so it will not complicate your plan. Find a associate that is not hard to teach with some new techniques and tactics. Give them assurance that will inspire them working those given task.

In this matter, as a leader you should know fair against unjust decision because it might ruin the whole plan. Do not make things complicated for each of your member, so that it would not delay the work of team. Consider yourself as neutral person, so you will not disappoint each of your members concern.
