Passages Of The Bible Often Talked About In Christian Mens Conference

By Kevin Robinson

Learning never ends. There are several ways people learn new things and one of them is by attending conferences. Conferences provide inspiration according to the purpose it was formed. For instance, in Christian mens conference, the men learn how to face the challenges of life by looking at certain scriptures in the Bible. These scriptures also help to sustain them instead of quitting as others may do.

One passage that men should be told about is Joshua 1:9. It is a passage for men who are afraid of taking the next step. It assures them of God's continuous presence and the promise never to leave him. God's presence in a man's life is capable of making every mountain or obstacle appear small.

The book of Psalms is also rich with passages that can inspire a man. The first chapter gives a hint on who can prosper. Psalms 1:1-3 advises men on where they should be found and who they should mingle with. A Christian man should have nothing to do with the scornful, sinners and the ungodly. The time he would have spent with these people should rather be channeled towards studying the Bible. If he does this day and night, he will improve his rate of success.

It is against the will of God for a man to be afraid of his fellow man. This is so disgusting to God who knows that He is the only one to be feared. This is so reasonable because he is the only one that can command a thing to be and it will be. He has the wherewithal to command both life and death.

If any man wants to please God, let him look at what is written in Psalms 119:9. There, the secret to making God happy is studying and meditating on his word. In addition to these, God is more pleased when a man orders his steps according to what is written in the scriptures.

If a man wants to make it faster, he needs to partner. This is a secret that even Christians are told to imbibe in Proverbs 27:17. However, it is not for them to mix up with the ungodly. Two men of the same faith in God partnering in the same business will do much better than one person who is struggling alone. Someone who just reads this Proverbs 27:17 on the surface will not understand this principle except he is led by the Holy Spirit or he attends a conference.

Men who are in deep despair should take Jeremiah 29:11 and be comforted. As a matter of fact, God knows what he does even when it appears everything is crashing down in the life of a man. Man's duty in a state of hopelessness is simply to pray and remind God of his expected end.

Even the New Testament has a lot to offer. The men are encouraged to talk to one another about areas they think they have faulted in their walk with God so that he can be forgiven and prayed for. The most important reason is to be righteous before Him who sees righteousness as a prerequisite to answering prayers.
