Certainly, 2 or more people swapping thoughts and assisting in other can make the task effective and quickly. This is the purpose why team development routines are incredibly vital. Two Facts and A Lie - This is a fantastic exercise for a group of people who do not know one another really well yet. Essentially, the theory is to have each individual state two truths and one lie about them. They need to write them down on a portion of paper that can't be seen or read by the others. And then, allow the people speak gently for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow them become familiar with one another by asking questions. The aim is to persuade people that the lie is true. Picture Pieces Game-This activity will teach a group how to work together. The idea is simple. Each group will receive one popular picture puzzle and will be tasked to create a bigger version. This means that they have to create the picture puzzle from scratch with a bigger scale. Each team should have one leader - the one who will instruct and divide the tasks among the members. After the activity, each group needs to present the puzzle and state what they learned from it. In every team, there should be a leader who will guide the group. There should be a head that who will divide the task among its members to achieve efficiency. This activity will surely teach the members how important is it to work on their own individual task and to work as a group to complete the job.

The Great Egg Drop -This is one of the most popular team activities being done all over the world. It is great because it requires every member of the team to think and pitch in ideas on how to accomplish the challenge. They are expected to work together to achieve success - just like how every company wants their teams to be. The idea is to give every group several raw eggs and asking them to create a package that will protect the egg from breaking and can withstand an 8-foot drop. Every team will be tasked to create a strategy and a design which will later on be presented in front of all the other teams. After the presentation, each team has to drop their egg. Striving to achieve success will fire up every team and the members.
