Show appreciation towards each of your team members so they feel part of the team and feel empower to their best every single time no matter how difficult the project might be. Motivation and focus will help you achieve more as a team.

Trust is a critical leadership quality. You cannot be an effective leader if you cannot be trusted. As you are working on leadership development skills, you should remain honest and trustworthy. When people know they can trust and rely on you, they will grow to respect you as a leader.
